After your order
This is the page the card in your parcel points to. It holds the three things that card promised: the routine in full, the sixteen ingredients exactly as printed on your tube, and the link to your next one. There is nothing to buy on this page.
Do it before you get dressed, on a fold you have just dried. It takes less time than brushing your teeth, and the order matters more than the amount.
One · Wash the fold. Plain water is enough. If you use a cleanser, use a gentle one and rinse it off completely. Anything perfumed or foaming belongs somewhere else on your body, not here.
Two · Dry it properly. Pat with a towel, never rub, then give the fold thirty seconds of air before you go further. This is the step most people skip, and it is the one that decides whether the rest works: a cream applied to a fold that is still damp seals that moisture in instead of holding it off.
Three · A thin layer. Thin is enough. You are laying a barrier, not filling a gap, and a thick layer takes longer to set without working any better. One tube covers two fold areas for about thirty mornings.
Days one to three. You are learning the routine, not testing the cream. The usual mistake is applying to a fold that is not completely dry.
Days four to seven. The routine drops under a minute and stops feeling like a task. This is where most people stop, because nothing dramatic has happened. Nothing dramatic is supposed to have happened: a morning habit is not an event.
Days eight to fourteen. This is when you can judge it, and not before. If you decide it is not for you, the guarantee below is open and it stays open for ninety days.
The same list printed on your tube, in the same order. Nothing is left off it, and there is nothing in the tube that is not on it.
Water (Aqua), Zinc Oxide, Cyclopentasiloxane, Tapioca Starch, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Glycerin, Isohexadecane, Silica, Dimethicone, Dimethicone/PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer, Butylene Glycol, Magnesium Stearate, Tocopherol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Carbomer.
No antifungal. No essential oil. No fragrance. No steroid. That is the reason it can be used every single morning, and a fold routine only ever works if it can be.
Do not rub the fold dry. Do not apply a thick layer. Do not apply to skin that is broken, weeping or bleeding. And do not use it against an infection: if the skin is broken or you suspect one, that is a question for a clinician, not for a cream.
I am asking you for one thing, and it is not an order.
Foldkind is a new name and this formula is new. Nobody has told me yet what the fourteenth morning feels like, or which part of the routine is annoying, or what I got wrong on the tube. You are one of the few people who can.
So in two weeks, write to me at hello@foldkind.com and tell me what happened. Three lines is plenty. I read every message myself, and I answer them.
