The Ninety Mornings Guarantee

The promise. One tube is one month. The Ninety Mornings Pack runs ninety days, and the guarantee runs the whole ninety, whatever the size of your order: one tube, three, or five. If The Daily Fold Cream is not the cream you reach for before you get dressed, email us any time in the 90 days after delivery and we refund you in full. Simple as that.

How it works. Email hello@foldkind.com with your order number, any time within 90 days of the day your parcel was delivered. We issue a full refund of your order to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You keep the tubes. No return label, no shipping anything back, no forms, no questions.

Fair use. The guarantee covers one refund per customer or household, on the full order it applies to, whatever the pack. It is there for the woman who tried the routine and found it was not for her, not for buying twice with the same intention.

Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us. No phone calls, no hoops. A cancellation applies to your next billing cycle. The Ninety Mornings Guarantee covers the tubes delivered in the 90 days after your first delivery, once, in full.

Wrong or damaged item. We replace it or refund it immediately. Send a photo with your order number to hello@foldkind.com.
