Refund policy

The promise. One tube is one month, so a 3-month supply runs a full 90
days, and our guarantee runs the full supply: if you're not satisfied
within 90 days of delivery, we refund you. Simple as that.

How it works. Email hello@foldkind.com with your order number within 90
days of delivery. We issue a refund to your original payment method
within 5 to 7 business days. You keep the tubes. No return label, no
shipping anything back, no interrogation.

Fair-use limit. The guarantee covers one refund per customer/household,
on up to one 3-month supply (3 tubes) or three subscription cycles,
whichever applies to your order.

Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us.
No phone calls, no hoops. Cancellations apply to your next billing cycle;
the 90-day guarantee applies to tubes already delivered.

Wrong or damaged item. We'll replace it or refund it immediately. Just
send a photo with your order number.
