Shipping policy

Delivery times (United States). Your order arrives within 7 to 12 business
days from the day you place it. That figure includes the time it takes us to
prepare and dispatch the order, so it is the number that matters: order to
doorstep. We would rather tell you the honest number than a pretty one.

Processing and dispatch. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our
fulfillment partner. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a
tracking number the moment your order ships.

Tracking. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. If your tracking hasn't
updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 18 business days of the
day you ordered, contact us at hello@foldkind.com and we'll make it right.

Address changes. We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of
purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in
transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice. A photo of any
damage helps us fix it faster.

Your guarantee starts on delivery. The 90-day money-back guarantee runs from
the day your order is delivered, not the day you order it. Shipping time never
eats into it.
